Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Coco Luna Collection, we do not offer returns on our products, but we do offer exchanges. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your order to request an exchange. We may ask for photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

​To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet these conditions.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us for an exchange. We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to the customer.

​If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please
contact us within with in 5 working days of receiving your order to request an exchange. We will provide instructions for returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired item.

​Please note that we do not offer exchanges on personalized or customized items, unless the item is defective or damaged.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, customers may return the item for an exchange as outlined in our exchange policy.
